Citizens increases upset the Floridians |

Many of the residents of Florida may have survived the serious damages caused by the hurricanes in the past two years. But people might lose these properties anyway.
Floridians have seen dramatic increases on the rates set by Citizens Property Insurance. Because many insurers have fled the state, Citizens was left with the bigger slice of the insurance market. Many people in Monroe County residents have been struggling to stop the increases from Citizens. They say that the increase does not justify the exorbitant rates that are charged to them. By M. Sese |
