The inventory for real estate went up by 300% in April compared to last year. The residential real estate market Broward County gave way to buyers last month. According to the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale, the inventory gains slowed sales significantly.
Singe-family homes available in April were up 280% from 2005. The inventory for condominium townhouse went up by 361%. Condominium-townhouse sales fell by 30 percent during the same period, from 1,321 units a year ago to 923 last month.
