The annual Denver Board of Realtors of Excellence Awards recently awarded Marks, an agent from Kentwood Co., for selling a record of $78.1 million in homes in 2005. This made her the Top Producer in the Denver area for the 10 consecutive years. Marks sold more than 62 homes in 2005.
The top 10 Realtors sold a total of $372 million worth on homes in 2005. Don Harlan, principal of Harlan & Associates, was also given recognition as the 2005 Realtor of Excellence Award at the Denver Tech Center Marriott.
The Rookie of the Year was awarded to Chad Mendoza, Distinctive Properties, for selling $6.5 million worth of homes. Chris Djorup of Metro Brokers was awarded the Broker/ Manager of the Year with $106.4 million sales of homes.
Flanagan Lamee, $41 million; Kentwood City Properties, $221 million; E/MAX Southeast, $510 million and Kentwood Co., $668 million were recognized as the top volume producers based on the number of agents.
