The subsidiary of Dutch-Belgian financial services group Fortis, Fortis Insurance Netherlands announced on Friday that it had bought the Dutch real estate developer William Properties. Financial details were not yet disclosed.

Fortis Insurance Netherlands recently announced that it had a 4.2 billion euros investment portfolio in rural, residential and commercial property in Netherlands. This will not even have an impact on Fortis' net earnings per share.\
