A web application known as the Real Estate Development Database has now been launched by the Planning Department, working in conjunction with the Information Technology Department
Just by clicking the mouse will permit the user to zero in on a spot on a aerial photo map of the city and bring a building into close focus. The website provides information on big real estate projects, ranging from their zoning classifications to the number of residential units in a condo project. Miami said that demand for its Large Scale Development Report triggered development of the site. It may not be able to expand much horizontally, but interested parties can still track development upward. By M. Sese http://realestatepress.org |
