Saunders Real Estate will finally become Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate. The company decided to change because of the unstoppable changes in Polk County and Florida's real estate market. It is for this reason that many companies that deal in these markets change as well.

Dean Saunders, the owner and broker of Saunders Real Estate said that he did not sell the company to Coldwell Banker Commercial. He stated that he bought a franchise and it was important to have a national presence in the changing market.

Dean Saunders said that the affiliation between the two companies would provide their clients with more alternatives in expanding real estate investments, locally and globally.
