A 50 percent stake of itself to a real estate investment firm has been sold by Boston Realty Advisors, a brokerage that handles upscale and occasional high-profile properties.
Lincoln Real Estate Capital LLC, the buyer that is based in Boston, is a partnership between Paul Bernon, whose family founded Garelick Farms, and Michael Lorber, whose family controls Prudential Douglas Elliman, New York City's largest real estate brokerage and Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs. Boston Realty handles both residential and commercial real estate, with offices in Boston, Weston and New York, under the name New York Realty Advisors. Among its listings are 20 Beacon Street in Beacon Hill, and Red Sox left fielder Manny Ramirez's Ritz-Carlton penthouse, which has been on the market for $1.6 million. By M.
