A Quincy real estate agent offered free gas to sales pitch.
Sam Rounseville was reported to offer free gas for homeowners who list and sell their property with him.
His pitch was to give back to sellers 500 gallons to help out when selling their houses and give him listings.
Rounseville has 12 listings. Some have been on the market for 300 days. He said that the offer has generated numberous phone calls at his real estate office.
